• Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and display name to create your account and sync your data.
• User Content: We collect the data you input, including tour names, itineraries, venue details, notes, and uploaded documents.
• Google User Data: If you choose to connect your Google/Gmail account, we access specific data via Google API Services:
  • Gmail Messages and Threads: To display venue-related communications within the App.
  • Email Sending: To allow you to reply to venue inquiries directly from the App.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous data regarding app performance and feature usage.
• Photo Library: Required if you choose to save generated documents (PDFs, images) to your device.
• Notifications: Required to send you reminders for tour tasks and itinerary events.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service Provision: To provide core features like tour planning, document generation, and cloud synchronization.
• Google Data Integration: We use Gmail API data solely to provide a “Venue Messages” feature. This allows you to view and respond to emails related to your tour bookings without leaving the App. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
• AI Processing: To fulfill requests for “smart” features (e.g., “Find Venues”), specific input data (such as artist name) is processed by our AI proxy. Gmail message content is never sent to AI models or third-party LLMs.
• Credit Management: To track your credit balance and subscription status.

3. Google API Scopes & Limited Use Disclosure

TourSmart’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• No Selling: We do not sell your Google User Data to third parties.
• No Advertising: We do not use your Google User Data for serving advertisements.
• No Human Review: No humans at Jamie Harrison Media Ltd. will read your email data unless you provide explicit consent for troubleshooting purposes, or as required for security/legal compliance.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as necessary to provide the Service:

• Cloud Storage: Your tour data is stored securely on our servers (powered by WordPress/BunnyCDN).
• Third-Party APIs:
  • Songkick: To fetch artist gig histories.
  • OpenStreetMap: To look up location coordinates.
  • Google Gemini: To process AI-driven prompts (Note: As stated in Section 2, Gmail data is excluded from this).

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encryption during transmission (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Retention: We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
• Revoking Access: You can disconnect your Google account at any time via the App Settings or via your Google Security Settings.
• Delete Account: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data within the App settings. This action is irreversible.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
